Martha was upgraded my room.This was so kind.. I had a delayed baggade and Martha made contact with the airline to solve this problem And it was solved. The staff made exceptional effort to help us and make our stay comfortable, they helped a lot with information about the place. The room was big and comfy, comfy bed, smart TV, clean bathroom with hot water. Amazing place!
