It has only been built for 4 years and is new. The location was excellent a short walk to the main street. The Com is attached to the Pub the Commercial Hotel so could pop in for a drink or a meal if you liked. The building design was quite different with separate motel rooms(almost a tiny home) separated by empty garages on two levels Our room had lovely afternoon sun. Plenty of parking and space. Built in front of the big rock cliffs of Whakatane and the Tuis were very busy in the bush in the morning - lovely.

Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

Many thank to Rachael for creating such an amazing space. It was our favorite stay in our months' stay in NZ. Rachael even went out of her way to do our laundry since the washer was broken. Everything appeared like new. I appreciate Rachael's professionalism. Everything is so well kept that I felt right at home.

Redwood Apartments ligger 3,3 km fra Rotorua International Stadium. Overnatningsstedet har gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Great communication from the owners, comfortable, clean and all a family needs. Not far from all adventures or shops either.
