Good and spacious apartment with veranda located close to the river. We only spent one night, so could not profit from the good location, but laundry facilities were good. Not too far from the few restaurants of the town. Also close by car from the start of Tongariro alpine crossing.

We drove into downtown to eat, since recent knee surgery limited distance, but normally we would have walked. Shared bathroom is large and has an entrance from both bedrooms for easy access.
