The room was very clean and was cleaned every day which helped deal with sand that gets everywhere and kept the bed and towels always refreshed. Breakfast was very good.

As everyone before us has said: super clean, very comfortable, on demand hot water, safe, walking distance to university and local shops. A local lady sells home baked goods on the corner (our of her van) every day starting at 3pm - 2 sol each - best cookies with caramel ever! Felipe was super helpful, relaxed, provided treats and we really enjoyed talking with him (fincas, motorcycles and tips on the city). We were grateful for the courtyard car parking.

The breakfast buffet at floor 11 is very good and so are the sunsets that you can enjoy from floor 11. It’s a commercial hotel but still the staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel and the staff made that I extended my stay for one more day.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. such a great spot! i loved huanchaco and the cute vibe overall, and ATMA was perfect with the 15 soles yoga classes, so many places to chill and hang out and a great place to meet new people! Also had a nice kitchen and the entire place was cleaned constantly. 10/10 and would recommend and return if I could!

The little continental breakfast you can get served in your room - with cream for coffee, juice, bread and butter, jelly - was a nice little touch. It's very basic, we supplemented with boiled eggs and cream cheese from off the street. Very cozy and very central hotel.
