Wi-Fi is free. The location is the best thing. Being inside the train station I didn’t have problems and it was very convenient. The restaurant is nice as the breakfast and the place is very tranquil and quiet.

Every detail was perfect from small chocolates on the bed to a wide choice for breakfast. Great warm shower with good pressure. Carmen speaks amazing English which makes it easy to have a nice conversation. It was also super quiet which is special for Ollantaytambo because we stayed three nights in another place and had a completely different experience. Really no comments everything was perfect. We will definitely return here and recommend this to everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel (recently opened - April '24) is peaceful, serene, and thoughtfully designed. The staff provided exceptional service, the food was delicious, and the property was impeccably clean, beautiful and secluded. Our reservation included breakfast and evening bonfires (snacks provided) as well as a guided hike, should time have allowed. Owner, Silvia, was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation both to and from the property, and the drivers the hotel has a relationship with were kind and professional.

The staff were so welcoming, the property was immaculate, had an amazing view and was well priced. They did not serve food for dinner but recommended a local chicken restaurant which was honestly the best meal we’ve had in Peru so far! I left my charger at the property and the staff notified me and offered to send it to my next location.

Incredibly friendly host who helped me with tips for activities and information about the area. I loved the beautiful and peaceful garden and the sweet dogs. Nice and clean room. Delicious breakfast with homemade jam and juice. I would definitely love to come back to this tranquil place!
