The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.

Located within 2 km of Tonggo Beach and 13 km of SM City Cebu in Agus, Dexter John's Guesthouse provides accommodation with a kitchenette. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. The place was nice, clean, and VERY homey, great for people travelling with their friends and family. I like the fact that they have a microwave, clothing iron, a mini fridge in the room, and a water dispenser outside the rooms. They also have a laundromat downstairs, which was very convenient by the way, that was affordable. The owner was VERY nice and accommodating and they also gave us everything we needed upon our requests like extra blankets or utensils, trash pick-up, and such. They also have affordable breakfast options that they deliver to you room when you order. Oh, and the view outside the window when the sun was setting WAS amazing! Over all, it was a pleasant stay I wiill definitely recommend it to friends or family.
