Our room was very clean, very comfortable, and very cute. We also felt the room was amply spacious. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept very peacefully. The hotel is very convenient to Zielona Góra's City Center with stores, shops, restaurants, churches, and government services (i.e., post office) just steps away. It is also about a 10-minute walk to the "FOCUS" shopping mall, which was converted from an old factory into a very modern, stylish shopping mall. We were in Zielona Góra to meet and visit "in-law" family that live just a 10-minute walk away, so this hotel was doubly convenient for us. I also cannot applaud enough the friendliness, hospitality, and customer focus the staff at this hotel has. From the moment we first walked into the hotel doors, the staff was excellent. I particularly want to mention "Grzegorz" who went "above and beyond" in customer service. We would definitely like to stay at the Luna Hotel the next time we visit Zielona Góra and absolutely recommend it.

The hotel has it is own kitchen and dining area where you can cook your own food and use their fridge to store things. They have tea and coffee in the kitchen and the kitchen was always clean. Receptionist Ewa is a friendly and helpful person welcoming you with a smiley face. I am really thankful to Alina and Gosia who were doing their job perfectly and behaving kind and friendly. I will definetely stay here again and for those who will stay in Nowa Sol this is the best option ever.

There is limited English, no German, and the staff were so helpful and good natured even if it was difficult for them!!
