I loved everything about this place! The staff were ALL very friendly (and a special shout out to the lovely Mafalda who gave suggestions on what to see, answered our questions about the Portuguese language and culture, and delivered friendly smiles like warm sunshine every day without fail!) The rooms are well appointed & clean (extremely important to us!), the breakfast had a good selection each day (yes, the same foods each day, but you could select something new each day for a week without eating the same thing twice), the location is perfect (so close to beaches and a short 5-10 minute walk into town), the view is wonderful, and I miss sitting on the balcony each morning with my cappuccino enjoying the sea view and breeze with the sounds of doves cooing. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I will definitely be back!

Mastro - Discoveries and Memories ligger i Angra do Heroísmo, 3 minutters gang fra Zona Balnear da Prainha Strand og 1,6 km fra Silveira Strand. Værelserne har aircondition og et privat badeværelse. With its Art Deco interior, Mastro is an exceptionally cozy and stylish place and, as it's located in the heart of the city and a couple of minutes from the marina, there are interesting bars, cafes and restaurants everywhere you look. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is very nice and always ready to help with any questions, recommendations or reservations. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to return on my next visit to Terceira.

Partenope is in the center of Angra, near the botanical garden. The parking space is very close and it's cheap. Taxi od near as the bus stop. Restaurants and cafes are near as well as shops. It's a quiet establishment and honestly I can't in the evening and went around in the morning, My bunk bed was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is basic; bread, cheese and ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, honey, Nutella, some sweets and fruits as well. Enough to start the day. The kitchen is spacious and has everything for a quick snack. It was pleasant to chat with the owner of the establishment as well. If you're looking for a place to end the day and start fresh, this is the place.

The hotel was pretty much perfect. Beautiful rooms, a lovely smell everywhere, fabulous breakfast with lots of options, lovely pool and spa area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus there were books, lots of books. The location is ideal for exploring with a sea swimming spot nearby. The water was clear and warm. Angra is a stunning town and this hotel is the perfect place to stay.

This hotel is just amazing! We had a wonderful stay there. The breakfast was super good and had a lot of different choices. The owners are very friendly and all of the staffs we interacted with were super nice and extremely polite. Very well situated and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

We felt truly welcome and well taken care of at Casa Franco da Serra. This family-run hotel has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owner and her son were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were even invited to a small family gathering over the weekend, and everyone was so warm and friendly! It was such a lovely way to experience real Portuguese hospitality on our first visit to Portugal. The hotel is located a bit outside the town center, so having a car is convenient for getting around. That said, we managed perfectly well using the bus (there’s a stop right in front of the house) and returning by taxi without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Terceira who is looking for peace, nature, and a quiet retreat.

Angra Heritage - City Center Hostel ligger i Angra do Heroísmo, fra Zona Balnear da Prainha Strand og fra Silveira Strand. Her er et fælles køkken og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis wi-fi overalt.... It’s a very new, clean and well equipped place. The only “hostel” part of it is shared bathroom, but there is one on each floor and I think like two apartments per floor, so I never had a problem that shower/restroom was busy. I was able to check in earlier (my room was free) and leave my baggage on the last day. It’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed. Thank you!

This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in! On one hand, you can feel the rich history of the place, and on the other hand, it's a charming boutique hotel where every detail is beautifully crafted. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the amazing breakfast, and the stunning views. It’s a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Angra. Angra stole my heart; it's a place I would love to return to. You can take a leisurely 20-minute walk to the city center or drive to convenient public parking spots.
