hotel is located very well and can be parked. Walking distance into the ancient city, and there are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable to sleep in , very soft bed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredible - kind, attentive, helpful. There was a language barrier, but that was navigated with phone apps and using the bits of shared language we had. The room and garden outside were beautiful and comfortable - inspiring relaxation. The location was also nice because it was close enough to the tourist spots that we could walk (20 minutes to the “Ancient City”, but still far enough away to be quiet. Also a series of good restaurants near the hotel, so always good choices to eat. Finally, there were many adorable animals - Gary the dog, the pudgy male cat, a lovely Siamese and three perfect kittens - all friendly and non intrusive, they were there if you went to them but never pushed into your space. A splendid way to complete a family friendly hotel.

The location is excellent, with a small entrance directly to the Old Town and easy access from the main street which convenient for guests travelling with luggages.
The hotel blends modern comfort with traditional architecure beautifully. The breakfast offered a great variety.

The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful
The room is Chinese Traditional, with tea setting in loft, clean, comfortable, unique, with snow and city mountain view
Pickup and drop off service were so helpful

Living in this inn is the slowness of understanding Lijiang! The simple charm of the old house in Naxi, the green tiles and red walls are gentle and healing, the fragrance of flowers in the courtyard is refreshing, the room is clean and transparent, the bed is glutinous, you can see the flowers in the morning, listen to the water when you return at night, and find a long-lost sense of relaxation!
