The villa is very comfortable and located in a quiet and very safe residential area, just a few meters from the beautiful Pochote beach, and a few minutes driving from Montezuma, Santa Teresa, Mal País and other beaches, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The Villa is fully equipped and very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Our host, Nidal, was always available and ensured that we had a great experience. The explanations by Thomas at the beginning were inspiring. The details of his luxury and very clean and secure resort were outstanding. We experienced more wildlife (animals) in his resort than in the guided tours around the country. We stayed 5 days and were pleased to go back to this oasis every evening.

Everything. The property is in a secluded place, but close to beautiful beaches, you get many different wildlife there. The cabins are comfortable, there is a swimming pool, a full kitchen that you can use anytime. Modesto, who was taking care of the estate was lovely as well. The host communicated with us during our stay and was the nicest person, answering any question and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely come back here.
