The staff was amazing, one man helped me for half an hour to book my bus trip and didn't give up when other people didn't do their job properly. The pool was a good size, it was ok to be a single woman, no creepy men.

Reda – the housekeeping staff member – made our stay extra special. Every day, he surprised us with beautiful towel art that brought smiles to our faces. He kept our room spotless and welcoming, and his attention to detail truly amazed us. Ahmed Omar who assisted us during meals, always managed to brighten our day with his humor and kind nature. The table service was excellent, and the drink service was smooth and attentive. He welcomed my husband, our children, and me with so much warmth – we felt at home immediately. Oksana was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available for anything we needed, ensured we lacked nothing, and provided us with all the relevant information. Her kindness and availability did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated. As for the hotel itself – it is simply fantastic and absolutely worth recommending. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the service is of the highest quality, and the variety within the resort is impressive. We truly felt that nothing was missing. It’s one of the few places where you really feel no corners are being cut. From day one, we felt like royalty. Another thing we truly appreciated was how every staff member introduced themselves respectfully and always made sure our needs were met.
