New hotel, simple but has everything you need. Could have parking, but it's calm residential area with lot of places that are free of charge. It's quite close to city center so if not afraid of walking a bit it's perfect choice. Staff was very nice and left my luggage with them after checkout to explore city.

Everything was great, we booked 3 rooms for a one-night stay in Hotel Nadal on our road trip (group of 5 friends), and our impression is that we got more than expected.
Rooms / bathrooms are super clean and spacious, towels and linens are spotless, AC is strong, beds are comfy and wide, staff is kind and helpful, breakfast is really nice as well. We also requested a parking place, and we got a dedicated spot in the hotel's secured indoors garage.
Highly recommended!

Montserrat is very welcoming and helpful. Everything in her house is like new, very clean , and comfortable. Our room was spacious and bright. The shower is great. It's located in a neighborhood with other similar houses and very safe. We were able to park for free in her garden. We liked being able to put food in the fridge and eat our small dinners in her dining room. Breakfasts were very good.

For those visiting the Seu Vella (old cathedral on the hilltop), there's an elevator off Plaça de Sant Joan, so you don't need to walk up the hill.

There is only enough for a day trip.
There is only enough for a day trip. The old cathedral is beautiful especially the cloister. Great views and lots of history. However the rest of the town is a bit lacking in sights and interest and in places feels threatening. The modern parts of the town are nicer. Some friendly bar owners and people.

It is a very beautiful city en the middle of Catalunya, the second city after Barcelona on the whiole Province, it is not very well known but it has a very ancient history.
You have to visit la Seu Vella, the castle of the king the cathedral, the church of Sant Joan and there are several neighborhoods to visit.
It is not to big but it is very charming and frindly.
