The lobby staff who took care of us were simply amazing, and seeing that we arrived a bit frazzled, they went absolutely beyond the call of duty to turn our difficult evening into a pleasant and welcoming stay. The extremely kind woman who helped us check in even very thoughtfully accommodated my allergy-related (and slightly odd) dinner request, which was a lifesaver after our airport odyssey. The room, and the whole hotel, was beautifully designed, and hit the balance between efficiency and homey comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, the check-in process was clear and straightforward, and the friendly and sociable bartender helped us end our night smiling.
