The owners went above and beyond for our comfort. Even made us sandwiches to serve in room as we came in late. Best service and great location for airport.

I loved it here! The food was good and the spa it's self was lovely and relaxing with a choice of 2 jacuzzies and 2 pools and a child's pool this is a fantastic place to visit. I read some comments about rooms being outdated, but our room was fine as a 23 year old I felt like it was coming more to the modern side. The hotel also isn't in town so it's a nice quite location with the airport and some restaurants being close by it's the perfect spa get away.

The room was very comfortable. I have stayed in most of the rooms in this hotel and this was one of the best. Separate bedroom and sitting area were a bonus. The room was very clean with a good selection of refreshments that were refreshed daily.

The location was beautiful, nice and peaceful and close to a beach which was great to cool off in hot summer weather (they also have a pool which looked very inviting). The hotel itself is fantastic, with a restaurant and bar attached that he very good food and drinks. The rooms are comfortable with insanely comfy beds, and a clean, well stocked bathroom. There was no air conditioning, but leaving the windows open at night helped cool the room down. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, very willing to help out with any of our questions or any issues that may occur.

Super location, great view from balcony. Room was well appointed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate your needs - I feel this was the hotel's greatest strength.

Good location to explore island as nice and quiet but attractions nearby.
Imperial hotel and Taste of India good for food. Guernsey Pearl and the Himalayan Cafe must be visited for shopping and good food.
Beaches very close by - but not close enough to walk if got small people.
Honesty boxes nearby for vegetables and fudge!
History of WWII and the occupation of the island very interesting to explore - forts, underground hospital and other bunkers.

Good location for visiting the Island.
Good location for visiting the Island. Able to walk to Fermain Bay from here and then round the Bay to St Peter Port.
A few handy shops too and a Methodist Church.
Fermain Bay hotel is a great location for eating or just having coffee if you can’t make it down the hill to the Fermain Bay cafe.

Kings Mills was very accessible to other parts of the island and a 15 minute drive from St Peter Port. We ate most evening meals at the hotel but ate out in SPP on a couple of occasions. The weather was reasonable for the time of year.

There were many things to see and do from museums, a castle, great food and spectacular roads. Fresh seafood was amazing. Found a great little gin distillery too. The roads are scary, very narrow and lots of road works. Don't drive there if you are not happy reversing. We struggled to get to some places due to the roadworks everywhere.

A lovely little hotel in a pleasant location on the island.
A lovely little hotel in a pleasant location on the island. The restraunt and bar are brilliant, the staff are attentive and friendly too.
The guest WiFi was good, fast and stable.
My room was nice, floorboards a little creaky here and there - it's worth noting there is a spiral staircase up to the rooms which may not suit all guests.
Somethings are not perfect, the TV in my room was tiny and I never actually managed to make it turn on, there was no plug for the bath - so showers only. It can get very busy there, on one evening when I returned to the hotel it was impossible to park, so I had to go and come back an hour later.
The only thing I would say was bad was the traffic noise from outside - this isn't the fault of the hotel as they cannot control this; but be prepared for a mix of people using the lane as a race track late at night, and lorries/tractors early in the morning that are also noisy. (I found it hard to get to sleep before midnight, and was woken every morning before 5am due to this)

It’s a great place for families who love beach holidays. It’s also great for those interested in history with all the occupation places to visit. There are plenty of good places to eat. We when to Crabby Jacks which has a varied menu. The local kiosks are also great places for a snack. It’s easy to get around either by car or public transport which is very regular. Lots of people came with bikes.

It is out of the town so quieter with less stress, even had horses walking in the lanes. The bus network is excellent (buy the bus pass), covers the whole island & is a short walk to/from the hotel. I bought a museum pass so spent time with all exhibits(enjoyed the firing of the noon day gun). I was on a working break so didn't have much time for walking tours (next time!) especially to explore Herm, Sark & Alderney.
