Everything about Whaletours appartments is exceptional. We were met by Karen and Claus, who were superbly friendly and went above and beyond to help us stay comfortable. The accommodation was top quality, and brand new, as well as well equipped. We arrived to stay both at the start and end of a 10 day sea kayak expedition, which included a lot of equipment. They were exceptionally helpful in accommodating for this. As one of our client fell ill before the trip they went above and below the call of duty, helping with longer accommodation options and even activities in our absence. I will 100% stay again, and couldn't praise Claus and Karen higher for their hospitality.

Great location with the supermarkets close, short walk to town and close to the Icefjord trails. The apartment had everything we needed, good coffee, well equipped kitchen, and a lovely host. Thank you so very much, we enjoyed our stay.

Bent, the owner, is very caring, there is plenty of food for breakfast. Kitchen fully equipped, supermarket very close by, so possible to make a decent meal. Walkable distance to the Icefjord center and to the center. There are 3 rooms (maybe 4?) that share a nicy furnished living room and the kitchen.

Very beautiful and comfortable house with complete facilities like washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc. The host is so nice and helpful. He helped us to call taxis all the times during our stay in Ilulissat. Also recommend good tours and restaurants in Ilulissat.

This place is a paradise on earth. Great for relaxation, walks, iceberg and whale watching. There is a superb panoramic terrace, which is accessible 24 hours a day and you can feel the incredible atmosphere of the summer white nights, suitable for eating, drinking drinks or just contemplating the icebergs and the fjord. The breakfast is superb and authentic and includes great offers. The transfers to and from the airport are hassle-free. The restaurant is superb, although with a very limited menu and offers local specialties, which we had not tried anywhere else. The team is uniquely kind and helpful! We are charmed!
