I loved the horse-riding and the swimming pool. The sunsets from the beach were stunning. The reception staff were very caring & helpful with my onward journey. Very handy having the laundry service and great to have a lovely hot shower after staying in hostels. Great size pool.

Very good location and I was able to get a pedicure next door when I went to pay for the stay! Brilliant. Daniel was very helpful and friendly. I loved being able to walk to and from Sendero de Bosque tropical las Escobas, it is stunning! Well worth the visit. Mona’s cafe was recommended to me by Daniel - I liked it so much I went back every day (the mokka & mokka frappe were both really nice)

There is big enough and clean room with nice moutain views balcony. Also there is shared kitchen can be used. Very warm and helpful host. It is located Santo Tomas de castile, easy to take a taxi ( 30 GTQ ) or chicken bus( 3GTQ) from puerto Barrios center. Recommend to take couple days to chill out. There is walkable to beach and waterfall. The accommodation fee all goes to charity.

The Camp is located at a wonderful small beach, surrounded by palm trees and mangrove forest. The whole small camp is designed were nicely and made with a lot of love. It has a very nice chill/kitchen area with a large table to get together with the other guests and volunteers. We could join the family dinner and breakfast for some extra money, which was very tasty. We did rent kayaks and went to the mangrove forest. The host Laurence helped a lot in preparing the trip and gave us a lot of information to arrive to the camp and go to Livingston. She was very helpful and kind as the other guest were. I would recommend to stay at least three nights, but a few days longer would probably be even better.

Facing the beachfront, Villa Caribe offers 4-star accommodation in Lívingston and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area.

Spacious room and bathroom, beautiful balcony. The best part about the stay however was the owner, Stuart. He is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I have come across. He arranged all our activities and onwards journey at a good price. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast. There was a leak in our bathroom and the cleaned and fixed it in half an hour on a Sunday.

The best reason for staying here is the manager, Giovanni. He is a bilingual jewel. Great with arranging trips up the Rio Dulce but even more describing the history of the area.
