Marlin (the owner) is a great host. She will move heaven and earth to meet your needs. Such a kind soul. Her big network on the island will make your stay ever better, helping organize trips etc. Breakfast is made every morning by Elise. She will ask you what you want to eat and at what time. Her omelet and banana pancakes are delicious. Overall this place is great and will make you want to stay longer. Enjoy the 20seconds walk the mesmerizing Pasir Panjang.

I stayed at Renata Cottage for five beautiful days and enjoyed every minute of it. It's a small and cozy place, rooms are huge (larger than in many other places here), comfortable and very clean. There's a small lawn with a shaded lunch/dinner table, and incredibly gorgeous Pasir Panjang is about 50 meters away. The people at Renata - owner/manager Imelda and her husband Riki, and chef/caretaker couple Ana and Alfons - are just lovely; there's joy and warmth here, and I felt very well cared for. Whatever I wanted - a scooter, extra helpings of delicious seaweed for dinner, and even onward travel to Kei Besar with pick-up at the harbour - they organized right away, and very professionally. A snorkeling trip with Riki was a highlight of my stay that far exceeded my expectations. In short: very warmly recommended. Hope I'll be back someday!

Welcome to paradise! These cute little bungalows are directly on the beach, with gorgeous views and a private little deck with loungers and bean bag. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows, the AC was very efficient, the bathroom was clean, and Maria and Ayu were very helpful arranging boat rides and taxi. The location is truly spectacular on a powder white sand beach with arching palm trees and turquoise water. Our favorite place to stay in Maluku. There is a small cafe on a pier 300 m away with good Indonesian food. Cafe Viera was also a short walk away with good food.

This is hands down the nicest room on this beach, and I've stayed in almost all of them. The standards and style are a notch above the rest. The rest have quirk and charm, but this one is simply NICE! There are comfortable seating options galore, the is EXTREMELY comfortable. The staff is lovely and location is perfect.
