United KingdomFrom start to finish the service was 10/10. Answered questions before arriving. Staff at reception very helpful and welcoming. My room was very clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast. The garden is well looked after and clean. I was in awe as soon as I saw the rocks!! I did a tour of the South Island which was amazing, seeing the landscape, the way people live etc. Highly recommend having a BBQ - the chef and food Amazing!!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. You can hire bikes to go to the city. Anything that they suggested to me was 10/10.
