Great location in the middle of town centre. Easy to get around. We are able to go on morning walk and run along the waterfront, and explore shops on the main road. Breakfast menu has a good variety of food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, especially Linda and Erix. They were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel like I was at home.
The hotel is very child-friendly, and my kids loved playing in the pool and on the beach. The staff was always happy to help with anything we needed, and they made sure that we had a great time.
The facilities are well-maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. I enjoyed chilling in the room opening the window and feeling gentle sea breeze.
I also had the opportunity to go on the firefly tour and the ATV tour, which were both amazing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. I am already planning my next trip back, and I can't wait to try the snorkeling that Linda recommended.

The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.

TP is not really a tourist place.
TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control.
Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

We stayed in the resort for everything, so can't really comment on anything else in the area.
We were happy to spend time there relaxing, enjoying the resort amenities and eating in the resort restaurants.
I'm unsure if anything else in the area is worth visiting or any good.

It was like staying in a very big garden filled with fruit trees. There were durian, rambutan, mango, chempedak and jambu trees.
It was easy to book a vehicle with a driver to take us anywhere we want.
It was a very relaxing time for the family.

It was a very relaxing trip.
It was a very relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room which faces the sea. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip, the staff who went with us helped us to take pictures underwater. The equipment provided was safe and also adequate. The whole resort feels tranquil. Would be better if there is a gym.

Not much of tourism destination. But food is excellent and cheap. A great choice of seafood lover. Lack of convenience public transport for tourist. Local people are tremendously nice . Spent your time to visit Penyengat island which is nearby for a culture and heritage experience !

We arrived via ferry and the hotel organised all the transport from ferry terminal to the hotel and then back again when we left- this was amazing and really useful! Staff were super friendly, we were able to do everything we wanted and it was not super busy so always space to eat and sit by the pool.
