Anantya in the Village elevated our experience by the friendly warm faces of the staff that went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Special mention to Siva Raj, Anu and John.
Our room was a haven of quietude, adorned with exposed wooden beams, antique furnishings, and soft linens that invited slumber. The muted colour palette and lack of digital distractions fostered a sense of calm, allowing us to truly disconnect and reconnect with ourselves. Do ask for books or traditional Indian games which were readily available to fill your gadget-free evenings.
Special thanks to the chef who cooked sumptuous home-cooked meals. The tiffin ( dosa, iddly and chapati) were done well and we couldn't help but asking for more.
In conclusion Anantya in the village, It's a haven for the soul, a rustic sanctuary where time slows down and home-cooked meals warm the heart.

The rooms are very old and poorly maintained, but I found this hotel comfortable. Rooms where large with some cozy chairs to relax. Bathroom was brand new, the best I have seen in a month travelling in India. They provided a kattle on request. There is private parking for the car.
