It is walking distance from the airport which was a plus for our last night in Parma.

This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. The room was with a king size bed which was small but typical of European size rooms. The room, bathroom and terrace were very clean. Their restaurant was excellent and their waiter Marco was awesome. Best food for dinner we had in Parma and so we had dinner there for 3 nights. We never had breakfast there bc we were always on the run, but did see that they had a very nice spread for breakfast.

The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. There were some snacks in the kitchen (toast, jam, and cookies) and that was super appreciated. The place was very clean and the room was great. I had to work a little and there was a desk in the room and the internet was very good. It is about a 25-30 min walk away from the bus stop or the historic center, but I did not mind the walk. Overall, a fantastic stay!
