Owners and staff very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. We would go back anytime and recommend it to others. Supermarket was half a block away , laundromat just around the corner and the best bar in town a short walk. Perfect

This is a very amazing experience! The house is very large, the facilities are also great, and the courtyard is beautiful. We met the hosts, who were very friendly and enthusiastic. They even made dumplings for us to celebrate Chinese New Year. This makes us feel very warm. I highly recommend this place to everyone. 谢谢!新年快乐!

Lovely stay at Debbie’s house and garden. Everything you need and more for an enjoyable and calm stay. Especially the fresh fruit out of her own garden is amazing. We also got a short tour around - highly recommend.

Location was beautiful with a native bush walk, lovely views, peaceful and quiet. The hosts Julie and Nick were very friendly and welcoming. The log house is absolutely amazing, we have never been in a house like it, the craftmanship is incredible ! The continental breakfast was great too. A wonderful stay ! Thank you Julie and Nick we will see you again.

There was no faults I've stayed there a couple of times with my mum when she was alive and she was very fussy she use to say it was a flash motel so that says everything about the motel.
No photos taken it was a all day Kupa Haka competition from schools from Whangarei to Kaitaia competing

The Left Bank Hotel is the jewel in the crown for this small town - a lovely place to stay. We did the Twin coast cycle ride and stayed two nights.
There were some kids doing burn-outs when we arrived and it's obvious that there isn't a lot of money about. Having said that we met some wonderful locals over the two days that we were in the area, and their stories and commitment to the cycle trail were truly inspiring! When we left we decided to stop in at the Ngawha hot springs, just outside town.
this is a great complex and well worth the detour!

Loved the stay.
Loved the stay. Hosts were great and accomodation was just what we needed. Small little town, however we we were not far from where our occasion was taking place on the Saturday before returning to Auckland.

Kaikohe is home for us.
Kaikohe is home for us. Our whānau and friends ade there bit i prefer to have my own space to come away to after a big day with my whānau (a place to just chill and relax).
Kaikohe has everything you need walking distance from laundrettes to somewhere to buy groceries. Also had some really cool places to go explore in and outside of town, Monument Hill in Kaikohe, bike trails, Ngawha Springs for a nice soak in the natural thermal pools, go for a drive to see Tane mahuta, drive to Opononi. Plenty places to explore.
