We stayed there to be close to airport and it was super! Lovely people!! however if you will have a car it is close to center with a 10min drive! i want to visit again and definitely will visit again in summeR and will be renting this apartment for sure!!! Thank you

An amazing new and modern room which has it all - a comfy bed, lots of space and an amazing shower!
The owners are so so sweet and kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with all my questions, and also drop me off to the airport, which is situated super nearby!! 🤩🤩 and the centre is only 7min drive away too!!
The place to be!!!

It was super clean, and new. The room as well as the bed was very large and comfortable and there was a sofa bed made ready, also very large for my son who sleep like the vetruvian man. It's very close to the highway on the northern side of Niş, which is very convenient (for us at least). The price is unbeatable for the size of the room, the cleanliness and service. There was air conditioning but we left the small kitchen window open and fully opened the large window and it was enough (summer stay).
There were a few things missing (like plates, pots and cutlery, there were glasses and cups though), but I can understand as it is a brand new establishment and some things get overlooked, it happens. I cannot fault them for this.
There's free parking in front of the building for two larger cars or three small ones.
There's a shop a couple of minutes away that accepts euros and there are a few restaurants and eateries in walking distance.

The room was very clean. There was a kitchen in the hallway filled with utensils and everything you may need. There was also a small coffee table and two chairs for common use. The host was very kind and helpful.

Despite arriving to the accomodation very late, the landlord welcomed us with a friendly face. Everything was clean, comfortable. No parking problem either. There were Nescafe as a welcome treat. It would be nicer if there were a kettle to boil the water. All in all, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient place. Thanks.

We loved the city and weren't expecting to.
We loved the city and weren't expecting to. We were planning on a layover before we continue to Sofia but when we saw the prices of rooms in the city we figured we might as well stay another night, and that was an excellent decision. The food here is great and very affordable - visit the local kafanas. Public transportation within the city has recently been made free - take the bus to the archeological site of the roman complex of Mediana. The fortress at the heart of the city was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the concentration camp museum which is very tastefully done. Visit the flea market! It's bigger than we expected and the best kind of messy that a flea market should be. As tourists, none of the sellers tried to cheat us and haggling was easy. Local exchange offices change euro at a very favorable rate and on the whole service in the city was pleasant. We will be back :)

Here you can enjoy in different ways: to walk, to have lunch/dinner in a large number of restaurants that prepare delicious food, to visit several sources of spa water. Suva mountain is nearby and those who like hiking can go to the mountain and take a walk.

Great place for hiking as there are many hiking routes to choose. Also, as it is a spa for cardio patients, there are walks suited for them. The scenery is nice, it is a warm water spa, with a nice park, well kept. Several good local restaurants.

it is a beautiful, quiet, laid-back, nice, and kind of underrated city. It is a feeling like experiencing 80's Yugoslavia. A very safe and very social place in the same time. Compared with Belgrade and Novi Sad ,niş is a lot cheaper for all goods
