The room was impeccably clean, quite spacious and had a window. I didn't realise at the time but I actually got upgraded since I booked a windowless room. Thank you!
The receptionists were all very kind and helped me find my way to different tourist attractions around town.
The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful and had a huge variety of various foods. The hotel also provides coffee, tea and water to the guests in the reception area.
Going to the sauna was also very enjoyable, especially enjoying the view over the town.
I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable place.
Clean and comfortable place. Visited "Old town" now for first time and it was nice. Cafeterias were not open, but nice old houses and beautiful church really worth visiting.
In Luleå shops are closing very early on Saturday and are closed on Sunday, it would be nice to do shopping longer. On Saturdays difficult to get table reservations to some restaurants, you might wan't to plan your dinner in advance and do booking before trip.

It was cold around Christmas time, it’s a small city with everything you need but nothing more than that.
I waited for the Aurora borealis but barely saw them these depends on the weather conditions I did expected the -25 and am happy that it didn’t got any colder than that

we found NO cocktails in this god forsaken place, what people do for fun, remains a mystery (alcohol store was good tho, so probably they drink at home)
