Offering an outdoor pool and an onsite restaurant, Hyatt House Dallas/Addison is just 9 minutes’ drive from Galleria Dallas. Free WiFi access is available, and rooms come with a flat-screen cable TV. I stayed with my family at Hyatt House Dallas Addison for 10 days and it was an excellent experience. Cris at the reception was absolutely outstanding – always helpful, professional, and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us with free printing whenever we needed it. Her General Manager, David, was also exceptional; he supported us a lot during check-in and even helped me carry the luggage, which showed genuine care and true hospitality. The free American coffee available in the lobby all the time was a nice touch, and our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a living room and kitchen, though not very large, was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything, and the price was outstanding compared to the level of service and quality. Special thanks to Cris at the reception for her amazing support and to David for his kindness and personal help – we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
