When I went to my hotel room to check it out the tv wasn’t plugged in and the cable wasn’t connected so I tired the cable cord and couldn’t get it in the window there was some blunt and ashes and before I left to go and check out city I let Peggy know and she said I’ll take care of it and if I can’t I ll put you in another room and we came back to our room and she had checked and cleaned out the window and had to tv working thanks for all your hard work Peggy can’t wait to come and see ya again.

I would love to come back love Burlington.
I would love to come back love Burlington. That's where my kids live. That could be charged that much in a hotel like that when I could have went down the road to a very s***** hotel and probably got treated more with more respect. I've been homeless then they're treating me.

Horrible small city not welcoming to out of state traveling just not accommodating at all a lot of dirty looking area..Not much going on here mall is horrible one restaurant and the food was horrible..Just keep going across the bridge to Gulfport il if you want better thriving area because Burlington ain’t it..never coming back I’m from ames big difference

Friendly people and great staff at the Pzazz Casino but is overpriced. Super 8 was a older place to stay but was very clean. Price was very reasonable. The young lady working the desk makes up for being a little old with her personality and warmth.

Our stay was horrible.
Our stay was horrible. There was black stuff around tub facet, and drain was all gunked up. Lamps were all dusty and rusty. Door had mud under handle on inside. Flip lock was broken off. Fire alarm was missing the battery. TV had no signal then after the staff coming to check out, you could only turn TV on and off by button under TV, remote would not work.Window locks broke off. Breakfast area was not very clean. No one cleaned up after other guests. Housekeeping came in but did not give ys clean towels. There were no towels in pool area. When we asked the front desk they said they would bring some in. After about an hour and a half, still no towels

We took a mini family vacation.
We took a mini family vacation. West burlington had a good amount of things to see and do. We went to fun city, and went bowling, played in the arcade and played in the water park. We also checked out a few parks while we were there su h as crapo park. We also went to snake alley.
We will more than likely be back to check out a few of the museums along with a few other sites.
