This hotel exceeded expectations. It has been newly renovated and clearly kept in mind the needs of longer stay guests. The room I stayed in had a lovely little kitchen, a living room area, and a fantastic bed.
The breakfast is excellent and other facilities include a laundry lounge to wash and dry (for a small fee) your clothes with washing detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase in the lobby. Beyond that, the staff were all amazing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed for 5 days here while apartment hunting in Hartford. Very close to my workplace as well as Bushnell Park. It included a kitchen with all the necessary essentials, and it was a breeze cooking my own meals. The host/property was prompt with their responses. A nice place and good value. Would stay again.

I didn't like anything. Everywhere was dirty and filthy. Dirty room, bed, bathroom, lobby, dirty environments. People smoking infront of the lobby. Very rude manager. I left a few hours after checking in because the room was stink and I could break in there. And I was told by the manager that I will not be refunded and was not given an apology

The hotel was very good and we had no complaints.
The hotel was very good and we had no complaints. The Booking.com service I used to reserve two rooms was absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Fortunately the hotel reservation agent was able to sort out the issues. Although we paid in good faith months ago, this booking service only released the funds for one room. Consequently, we were waiting for an hour at the front desk to check in and missed part of the event we came to Hartford to see. With much help and kindness from the hotel reception agent and the hotel manager, we were able to secure both rooms. We cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to help us. The Booking.com agent was the worst and failed to help both the hotel and us resolve the booking error made by their service.

I like the size of the room the view was great! The ice machine was NOT WORKING on my floor. I HATED THE LOUD DISRUPTED NOISE! We drove from Boston to attend a social event that lasted until 1 am or so and needed to rest for the drive back home. And we were ROBBED OF THAT!

Beautiful city if you stay at the right place.
Beautiful city if you stay at the right place. There's a lot to explore. The food was delicious and I was unaware of this beforehand because it can actually be really hard to find the good places when trying to look them up. It's almost better to drive around until you see something you might want to check out. For reference I ate at the Max Downtown and Trumbull Kitchen. Also there are parking garages literally everywhere. Just be aware of their closing times.

The bus service from my hotel to downtown Hartford is pretty good and the driver's are very nice as well. I didn't stay very long so I can't give much of an info..but it is nice that my hotel is near a coke manufacturing plant. But the highlight of this trip is I was able to get to last night Hartford Wolfpack game on time.

Fine for one night - bed was comfy. Carpets are filthy, bathroom somewhat clean, and some long-term residents smoke weed, have pets and are irresponsible regarding cleanliness. Eating choices are pretty decent nearby - I ate at The Charles, but there are other good choices.

The hotel was great.
The hotel was great. I came in on the train which was a two minute walk to the hotel. We dined at Black Eyed Sally's which was a very short walk from the hotel. Also, we enjoyed walks in Bushnell Park.
The woman minding the Continental Breakfast section, was very pleasant however there were items missing such as butter and I expected more fresh fruit like apples and oranges.
Overall, my stay was enjoyable.

My two favorite spots to visit are Rentschler Field and Wickham Park! As a UConn Huskies Fan, watching football at RF is quite the experience!
For those who want to experience 280 acres of natural beauty, wild birds, and animals, picnic areas, and the most amazing gardens, THIS is the place to go! May is my favorite month when the lilacs are in full bloom and my favorite garden is The Irish Garden.
