The size and location hence it was closer to many useful amenities for the family as well as fun activities. The customer service was excellent hence they will take care of your needs regardless of the time of the day. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an economical option and great location in the area.

Kissimmee is a nice area , just like everywhere it has its areas you have to be careful. Traffic is bad but it is a tourist area so expect that. Most people are very nice and helpful you do have some that act like they hate tourist. Overall I would recommend this area, the hotels are reasonable in price and most don’t charge a parking fee which I like and think it’s stupid when they do. You will enjoy Kissimmee , every place has its ups and downs but overall it’s more on the ups.

We had a wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we hoped for—comfortable, easy to get to, and had a real "home away from home" feel. The quiet neighborhood was a plus, and the backyard pool was a big hit with the kids. While the location wasn’t super close to parks and activities, the quality of the home and the host's quick, helpful communication more than made up for it. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed at the older part of downtown St. Cloud.
We stayed at the older part of downtown St. Cloud. Beautiful lake just blocks from where we stayed. Streets are brick style streets. Our hotel had a nice courtyard with both sun and shade. Plenty of restaurants available; along with antique store.

Make sure you eat at Boston Lobster Feast on 192 , sign up for email and get $10 off buffet. Go to Al Capone dinner show, and definitely go to Medieval Times Dinner Theater. All of them are worth the money.

This home was prefect!
This home was prefect! It has everything you could amazing inside the home. No need to pack up your home kitchen because their is fully equip. This home is peaceful in a perfect location up the street from shopping, groceries, and more. It's also has one the Orlando top breakfast brunch spots KEKE's right up the road. You will enjoy this home because after spending a long day at Disney this home is prefect for relaxation. The home pool was prefect for little ones and family to enjoy.

We just stayed at the hotel overnight so only went to a local bar, Breeze, which was friendly. We left early as the hotel had no food facilities and any places to walk were closed. We ate at the Cup Diner, which was good.

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

Went to Saint Cloud with my son on a 3 day fishing excursion. Visited Osceola Outback Adventures for Barramundi and Airboat Bass Fishing. Also did a guided Bass trip on Lake Toho. All of the excursions were excellent. the barramundi fishing was 20 minutes away, the airboat fishing was 45 minutes and the Lake Toho fishing was 1/2 hr. away. It's was easy to get around St. Cloud. Plenty of places to eat nearby, but didn't find many fancy sit down restaurants. Was great place to visit if you are looking for a fishing / laid back vacation.
