You can walk to pizza/pasta, the movies, and an ice cream parlor. That's all we need!

The pool was not clean. 3 people were running this place, and they did the best they could.But when your room was supposed to be 130.00 and we were charged $160.00, and told sorry, we cant change it. I would never tell anyone to stay there.

We loved the area and stay once or twice a year. It is our half way point when traveling with little kids. Lots to do in the area. We have gone to the Newport Aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo in the past years and we're excited to see what else we can do as our kids grow up. We also ate at La Mexicana on Monmouth St, the food was amazing, staff was super nice!!

The location is easy to get to from 275 but beware Google...
The location is easy to get to from 275 but beware Google maps - for some reason it did not want you to make a left turn into the Hotel and wanted you to pass it and do a U-turn and make a right turn, but there is no reason to not make a left in, not a safety issue. Maybe traffic pattern changed.
No restaurant super close, you do have to venture out on highway. It is about 10-15 min from Newport or Cincinnati. It would have been helpful to know more about Wilder itself or had a local map, it seemed like the hotel was sort of just its own area off the road and not tied to a town, it is isolated. Certainly cannot walk anywhere other than adjacent Holiday Inn.

sure, it's very sports orientated, but there's a lot of history to it and some really culturally interesting neighbourhoods. The art scene is very present from street art to the amazing Art Museum, plus the lovely vibe in Covington where most of my stay was. And I also really enjoyed the American Football and baseball games that I saw - great atmosphere and very family friendly.
thoroughly recommend a visit.

They will end up costing you thousands to get rid of bugs and may cost your life due to the shady(drug dealers) people hanging out . Dealing drugs in front of your children. . Traumatized wife!

Fun town with less traffic than where we live. Lots of Reds fans everywhere. People are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Great malls for ladies and many baseball games for other members of the family. A variety of food is available in walking distance of the hotels downtown. We attended a comedy show also while there. Music is on the square downtown most nights.
