Room was immaculate and you could tell it was throughly cleaned. You could see fair wear and tear on surfaces cook top and fridge. Bed and linens were unstained and clean. No bugs or vermin seen on site or inside.

The floors were dirty it smelled like they don't clean. Our room was dirty we were only offered another room with double beds. We had to shop for cleaning supplies especially lysol. The clerk was missing for a minute. We were tired and wanted to relax for our anniversary and we couldn't. I wouldn't recommend this establishment at all

Most terrible stay. Checked in only to find no microwave in the room , which we paid for .. outdated refrigerator.. contacted front desk and they told me I had to request it .. what Utter nonsense when it was one of the amenities advertised. False advertising.. went to thanksgiving dinner I came back okay to have no heat in the room . Went to the front desk and changed rooms.. only to go to a room that someone wa already in .. went back again to the front desk.. was given a room that the tv doesn’t work.. we checked out the next day… so we had to cut short our stay. We would like a full refund.

We were their for the annual Jazz and Blues festival which was great. It is on the green in the center of downtown Morristown. It was a wonderful day for sure. There were plenty restaurants to choose from many historical sites and beautiful small towns within 1/2 hour to visit. We visited Madison Nj and Chester NJ which are quaint and offer many specialty shops in each location. We also visited Alstede Farm in Chester for some live country music pick your own peaches Ice cream a petting zoo and excellent produce directly from the fields it was truly Americana at its best.

The town is kind of a stripmall and conference center wasteland but everybody we chatted with in shops was friendly and accommodating of weirdos.
We picked up groceries at the Whole Foods to make sandwiches in our hotel room, didn't eat at any restaurants. We enjoyed the event we were in town to attend but did not really see the sights otherwise. Getting around requires a car and can be stressful.

The staff is really nice and provide really great customer service. The biggest issue is the rooms were filthy especially the restroom. Pee dripping on the toilet number two droppings on the toilet stains on the carpet filthy tub...nasty.

Room was not as advertised. No continental breakfast, one wash cloth, no hair dryer, drawers on the tables were broken, no iron, Place in serious need of repairs and updates. Sheets were clean and there were 2 towels for each guest. I would not recommend this motel to any one. Also seemed to be renting(??) to refugees. Lack of clear English speaking people.

As I mentioned, I believe that the hotel needs some extensive updating. Nonetheless, my room was clean and everything worked well. It is more a question of appearance than of functionality. The staff was very kind and efficient, and my stay was very comfortable. This is a good hotel, it just might be more attractive if it got some new carpeting and maybe some fresh paint here and there. I ate in a local Chinese take-out restaurant, and travel around East Hanover was very easy. There is nothing that I would avoid! Thank you for the service I received -- I would stay at this hotel again.

I was there for a high school reunion.
I was there for a high school reunion. Still seems to be a great place to raise a family. I no longer live near there but have nearby family. Lots of historical building nearby and of course easy to get to New York City.
