The hosts were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was delicious,all home made & the best we have ever had.Also we had home made scones waiting for us every afternoon! The bedroom was furnished very unusual with antique furniture & we loved it.

The staff were so helpful, especially Carol who even lent us her personal phone and also took our rental car company to task over a problem that would have been far more difficult to resolve because our phones wouldn't work. She even called in when off duty to give us info. Above and beyond the call of duty. You will feel well taken care of at Carriage House.

NO BREAKFAST SERVED. WE MADE OUR OWN WITH FOOD PURCHASED AT LOCAL WALMART. THE HOUSE WAS OPEN AND AIRY. THE BATHROOMS HAD ENOUGH HOT WATER. A GRILL OUTSIDE ON THE DECK WHICH WE USED ONE TIME. THE LOCATION WAS QUIET & WOODED WITH NEIGHBORS CLOSE BY. TRASH CANS LEFT OUT BY THE CURB SO WE DID NOT NEED TO PUT THE CANS OUT FOR TRASH PICKUP. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS IN TOBYHANNA.
BEDS COMFORTABLE WITH TWO BEDROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR & TWO ON THE MAIN FLOOR. FINISHED BASEMENT WITH POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, WASHER, DRYER. LOTS OF COMFORTABLE CHAIRS IN LIVING ROOM.

I had a king room with a jacuzzi that could fit 2 people and a balcony. The room was remodeled recently. The staff was friendly and there was a good breakfast with oatmeal and eggs. There's also a nice size pool. Convenient easy on easy off the interstate.

Mt Airy Casino Hotel was nice, clean, friendly staff. Room was nice, 6th floor overlooking golf course. Rooms do not have refrigerators (unless you pay for one). The 2 restaurants we ate in were good, Guy Fieri's, Bisteca (excellent). We stayed for 2 days with a group to celebrate a 65th birthday. Guys got rained out of golf so we went to a winery in Stroudsberg one day. I would recommend this hotel for stay of 1 to 2 days.

The house is very nice & clean I felt very comfortable & Omg the couch is so cozy 🥰 I love the tent in the backyard so stylish & unique great house for pictures . Also the house haves a driveway which is always a Great ! The host has everything you will need you don’t run out of anything, everything in the house also works the Host was very clear on instructions far as how to use any & everything. I enjoyed my stay so much I will be booking for the nearest future !

When making a reservation, confirm that the room has a heating system, if you reserve during winter. In summer rooms have an A/C.
Know that the amenities are very limited and the WiFi is very weak; the phone hotspot was also weak (ATT).
The phone desk was not working, but it could have been that phone alone (?).
If you reserve a studio (Kitchen corner) you will have all the necessary basic utensils to cook.

Nice location within gated community, minutes from pool and lake with beach. Close to restaurants, shops, Camelback water parks and skiing, which is at the base of Big Pocono park and the summit with unbelievable views.

Very pleasant stay at the SwiftWater.
Very pleasant stay at the SwiftWater. The view from the room of the woods and deers roaming was a unique experience. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was pricey yet delicious. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. The pool was relatively small but enjoyable and warm. Parking was free and the location of the property was great.

Community that has recreational activities/facilities on ground for additional cost (must do it two weeks prior to your arrival if late then they will charge $75) includes parking (goes to the property board) if that is what you call them. You will receive parking permit and wrist band to use the facility. Beach on ground very peaceful!! Place has beautiful full kitchen to cook or you can eat out. Not too far from the ski slopes. If you want to relax it is good place to stay.

Not much to do in Cresco.
Not much to do in Cresco. Stroudsburg is about 20 minutes away and a cute little town but stores keep odd hours and you'd be hard pressed to spend more than a day there. There is a decent sized outlet mall maybe 15 minutes away. Mt Pocono has practical shopping (WalMart, Dollar Tree, Harbor Freight, grocery stores, etc.) and a bunch of fast food. Good for picking up supplies but not somewhere to spend time.

The bottom of the lake on the beach is very swampy and silty and it is unpleasant to touch it. The water in the lake on some beaches of an unpleasant brown color. The life guards in the pools do not fulfill their duty of keeping order.

Absolutely love how each room you went into was completely different, with its own personality and charm. Always find something new you didn't see before in every place you went. So interesting, clean and very comfortable. Best sleep I've had in years too. All different types of places to eat very close. Ski resort really close as well as a huge shopping outlet with all types of designers and shops to see 5 minutes away.

There was mouse traps in the rooms locks didn't work on doors dirty towels . We got there late and left the next day first thing in the morning and they said they would pay us back for the second night but we didn't receive that. My husband and son felt completely unsafe and it was very dirty would have been better off sleeping in our car
