Everything was ok, room was clean and looks exactly like on pictures. Apartment is located close to busy road so it’s noisy inside + at 5AM i was waked up by roosters 🤔. But overall positive experience.

We loved the villa! It has all Miami vibes. I really enjoyed the time I spend there. You can park 3 or more cars. It is silent. Sunset was great from the backyard. There are many offerings there like jakuzi which is refilled before we come, BBQ, ping pong, billiard, a ball, canoe, cards huge TV, even there was a jenga to play. Host was so helpful. She answered all of our questions right away. Checked us if everything okay.

It was a nice stay. With any area you need to know where to go and where to stay away from. Overall, not a bad experience. was a decent location and able to get to south beach and Miami rather quickly.

The room was clean and spaceous, but you had to pay extra for a microwave. The cleanning staff was very inconsiderate! They completely ignore 'Do not disturb' signs and the maid kept changing the temperature of my thermostat so that I froze every time I walked back into the room at night. The first day I checked in, I notified the Front Desk that the lock on my patio door did not work correctly. I could not open the door with my key from the outside. I stayed there for 5 days and the lock was never fixed.

It was an older hotel. The carpet was really dirty and felt wet . The shower was all scuffed up. A lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. It was close to highways and nighttime construction going on so it was very noisy. It was not what I’d expect from a Holiday Inn.

THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT SLEEP. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I LEFT THE NEXT MORNING.

I like most the location where the hotel is and the fact that you can get a lot of stores pharmacies and attractions so you can walk around the area and feel safe what I did not like was the false advertising of their attraction I could not wait to leave I book another hotel elsewhere because my bad experience in the courtyard hotel.

Great hotel for the price located in a fantastic neighborhood, you can walk everywhere, close to many shops, great restaurants and pubs. Korner 67 was excellent and for sports fans, don't miss Miller's Ale House or Trivia night at The Garrison Taproom. The room at the hotel was large and the grounds were spacious. The hotel was roughly a 25-minute drive from Miami International Airport and had lots of parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel location, everything is within walking distance. Popular eating places like red lobster, olive garden, chillis, ihop...all very close by. Walmart is also close. Shuttle service to and from the airport...A big plus.

Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account. This was explained to me and my wife, the money was held for any damages that may occur during my stay. I checked out on the 25th of December and today is the 28th of December. It’s only suppose to take 72 hrs or three days. I’ll wait another day before I start making some calls.

This hotel was a complete disappointment.
This hotel was a complete disappointment. It seems to operate as a drug rehabilitation center, with homeless men sitting out front and standing along the side of the building. I didn't feel safe walking to my room, and when I got inside, I saw roaches scrambling around. I was so disausted that I couldn't even stay the night. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel my reservation, but I definitely won't be returning. And if your reading this please take note.
