The room was nice and clean and it was great to have a full sized fridge/freezer. Loved the hot breakfast buffet every day, the only tiny problem being that there were very few condiments available some mornings. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. The clientele appeared to be mostly business travelers, and it's located in an office park in the suburbs, so the whole property was always nice and quiet.

Check in- reservation was not received. However, the front desk staff honored the reservation price. She had a Great attitude with an inviting spirit. My grandchildren were tired and she did a wonderful job in accommodating my family. So, thank you.

Dublin is a lovely suburb of Columbus.
Dublin is a lovely suburb of Columbus. We enjoyed walking around the Old Dublin area, and ate an excellent Italian restaurant called Mezzo. In addition to their regular menu, Mezzo offers an entire vegan menu!
Our favorite spot is the short hiking trail that leads to Indian Run Falls. It's steps away from downtown.

it was a pleasant place to stay when i booked my room it said free breakfast but it was not free needless to say when we went for breakfast it was to high 12 a person so we didn’t eat the movie theater was right there so that was a plus they got to walk and enjoy a movie they swim and had a good time i would’ve had a good time if the door didn’t fall on my head and cause me so much pain

less than 12 hours before I was to arrive they couldn't accommodate me. Tried to fix it by putting me in a more expensive room, i had the option to accept the near combinations or to cancel for free.I chose to cancel for free.And the property still tried to charge me for the original room

We were there for my brothers wedding.
We were there for my brothers wedding. The hotel was clean and it was a comfortable stay, but the bathroom seemed small for 2 adults. We were charged extra incorrectly for a food and bar bill. The hotel said they found the error and were issuing a refund, however the full amount was not refunded. It's just too inconvenient to keep making phone calls to try to get it straight.

We were in Columbus for an early Thanksgiving visit. The weather was a bit gloomy but not a biting cold. Dublin is a lovely, safe community. Good shopping and restaurants. I strongly recommend Morretti’s, Dublin Tavern and Cap City. Upper Arlington and Easton shopping are nearby. The zoo in Dublin and the Botanical Gardens and Butterfly exhibit in Columbus are lovely.

I've been there quite a few time before (I'm an author who had done school visits for a number of years). Now, your facility is close to our granddaughters. They love coming over to swim in the pool. Worthington itself is one of our favorite places around the Columbus area. Great places to eat...feels "local."

The hotel management kicked me out a day before my reservation was up. I was enjoying time with my partner, who was very unexpectedly picked up by police for a warrant. The managers, the front desk, housekeeping - no one said anything to me. At about 4pm on the same Saturday, I was told I needed to go to the main office because I was supposed to leave. The first reason/excuse was "The booking isn't in your name" (yes it was, had proof, partner did the check in). The second reason/excuse was "Your name isn't on the booking" (same proof as before). Final excuse...they said that since police were there, they HAD TO kick me out. NOW they are claiming to customer service that I never checked in. Because of all this, I noticed I never received my $100 deposit money back. I'm fixing the police thing, but do they really think anyone would come back after this kind of treatment? I want everyone who comes across this motel to know they aren't secure in their booking if management randomly decides to kick them out....or, at least you can purchase the cancel insurance on the website. Shame, wasn't bad for a cheap staycation motel.

The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort. Management is the most wonderful people you'll meet and will do all they can to make your stay comfortable making you feel right at home. Having to leave made me a little sad however I'm looking forward to returning. Conveniently located near shopping restaurants & fast food walking distance to bus line. Can even book COTAPlus to pick you up and drop you off.

The manager was really kind and overall the hostel was great for the price. I was there for a conference at OSU so it wasn’t walking distance to university but you can definitely cycle there. The cycles are free. There is also a free campus bus that you can catch from very close to the hostel.

I loved the funky vibes and the friendly staff! It was a great location to OSU, and I was able to walk to events. The espresso machine in my room was a first for any hotel! Loved it and the ice cream, coffee and cookies downstairs!

This hotel is not your average hotel.
It was beautifully decorated & clean. The room had a full kitchenette with a island eating table, a family room with couch, 2 queen beds, a very spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Breakfast was also included in the nightly rate. It is close to many things to do in Columbus and close to OSU campus. We felt like we totally hit the hotel jackpot with our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
