I like the location and I have developed a comfort within this Stafford Staybridge Suites. I am a frequent guest. This last stay was a bit unusual. I must say. I would recommend more thorough cleaning. Better bed linens. A better selection for breakfast as well. Maybe bacon, biscuits and more options to put with the scrambled eggs. Not all bad. My previous visits were just better.
The area outside of the hotel offers a theater. A few restaurants. Including Main Event. Even a pub with live music. It's a nice cozy location. With a lot of things to do in the area. I will be returning.

Richmond is one of the many small towns that surrounds Houston and you can't tell when you leave one town to enter another. We spent most of our time in Sugar Land which is nearby and never experienced much, if any, of Richmond.

I first discovered pubic hair in the shower and bathroom, no sheets or blankets in the room, broken fixtures (t.v. disconnected and not installed), and the room stunk of stale food and body odor. We got moved to a second room when I told the front desk and then that room was equally questionable. Then we come to be told that the health inspector has halted their food service so no breakfast that was included in our stay arrangements. It was awful to stay there and then two hours after checking out they tried to charge my account $270 dollars with a false accusation of smoking in the room. I am thoroughly disappointed that this room and location would be suggested by Priceline.

My reservation could not be found so I was charged more on arrival. i could not understand the clerk because of her heavy Indian accent, she gave me a key to the door which did not work and was told "you have to push the door hard" so I went back up and desperately tried to open it (at 4:30am) when a very angry voice inside yelled "You have the wrong room"!!
The old air conditioner vibrated so badly the vibration in the pillow prevented any rest.
During the wedding the next day I was so tired I had to opt out of the reception where I was supposed to play guitar with the bride as she was one of my music students years ago.

Best thing about Missouri city is visiting family. Our cousin Suzie opens her lovely home. We all fly in and converge each year, booking half a dozen rooms, booking countless uber / Lyft rides. Supporting local merchants throughout our stay. It’s a great city, and we love home base at Hampton Inn to restore ourselves each day before the migration to Suzie’s house. Mom is 87, we are mid 60’s, our kids early thirties. We were each very comfortable here.

It was not Sugarland that was bad, it was the Marriott Hotel that was very very bad. The worse was the Fraudulent charge on my Credit Card of $1,426.00....!!!!! PLUS the room charge!.......We had to call Wells Fargo Fraud. And, they did not have our reservation that I made over a month in advance......Down graded our Room.....No staff at Front Desk and several customers waiting as well as us.......The only good was Valet...This is not the first bad experience we have had with Marriott, but, it is definitely the last, ever....

Next morning I requested to Timothy to talk to the manager but he said no management is available and should have made a note .

Missouri City is beautiful.
Missouri City is beautiful. Close to beautiful walking trails and about 15 minutes from Sugar Land, which hosts a fun Town Center and lots of delicious restaurants. I would definitely visit Missouri City again.
