The Sheridan inn called an hour before check in to say the were overbooked and could not accommodate my stay. Booking.com then gave us another option: zion inn and suites. It was horrible. They were remodeling, everything. No amenities at all. Staff is unfriendly to say the least. We enjoyed a lot of time in Racine area before this. JEN G'S PIZZA & PUB: loved them. Bartender was the best, food was great and you got plenty. That place saved the day for us.

The staff was amazing. Very welcoming. We were there for our son’s boot camp graduation. The overwhelming thank you we received and that he received was very emotional and valatading. Close to navel base, close to Walmart and Starbucks and other restaurants.

A horrible experienced, it was literally unsafe, staff looks unreliable, wearing all black from head to toe! They mentioned a free parking and breakfast on booking but it was all bluff, the room I was assigned to was also a disappointment, it had a musty smell, and there were visible stains on the carpet and bedding. Poor customer service. Make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to others.

I came here with my family to stay for two nights. We have been told to make a resavation to use the swimming pool. And we reserved the time at 8.00pm on 07/28. We went to sightseeing ane came to the hotel early to go to the pool by our reserved time. But when we got there, there were like almost 10 people in the pool and we didnt want to go in. When we asked the receptionist she told us that they allow more people to go in the pool at a time. My question is that if anyone can go in any time why they hold the reservations. It doesnt make any sense. Also there are a 4 people in my family. On the first date there were only 3 towels in the room and we asked for another one. And we have recived another towel without any issue. But today again when they changed our beddings and the twoels they didn't put the 4th towel. And we had to call them again and ask
for another one. The same lady who was talking about the pool was saying that they can only give three towels per room and they don't have ay towels left in a rude manner which also didn't make sense lime how you don't have a single towel to give to your guest in a hotel. That is so disappointing. Overall we are not satisfied with the service at all. I do not recommend this hotel for anybody.

Gurnee was very easy to get around in.
Gurnee was very easy to get around in. There is a great variety of restaurants, stores, and services. We only had to drive a few miles to enjoy Lake Michigan. We weren’t there for Six Flags, but, of course, that attraction is right there too.

Close to Great Lakes Naval base, 10 minute drive. BUT we heard a constant jack hammering noise day and night. We thought it was construction at first, but then we realized it was never ending. Thankfully we were able to sleep through it, but it never stopped. Hotel is clean, but don't expect anything amazing. We spent majority of our time traveling into downtown Chicago and the base. We even took the drive to Wisconsin.

This is thy worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I had to switch hotel rooms TWICE due to smell, beds not made right and pillows just thrown on the bed. They claimed they didn’t have irons but the first room I had had an iron. Cigarettes burns on the blankets, bathroom door didn’t close, shampoo container thrown on the counter when I arrived

first things first i reserve a room with a whirlpool the whirlpool wasnt working.there bugs on floor in bathroom little ants.the fire alarms kept going off.the guy at front desk didnt know what to do.this happened january 22 2022 at night.the office manager came to room trying fix the whirlpool but it still was not working.THIS WAS REALLY BAD FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.

I especially liked that it's only 10 minutes away from the Navy base, that was the whole point of the trip, it was super nice that the Gurnee mall is across the parking lot from the hotel. The mall has a really cool bowling alley/game area.
