Everything in the room was very clean, for a pet friendly hotel, this means a lot of work to deep clean like this.
Beds were very comfortable!
Breakfast was diverse and nutritious and staff was very attentive to clean any spills, replenish foods, etc.
Checkout was a breeze.
All staff members were exceptionally professional and seemed relaxed at the same time.

I feel they are prejudice. They lied and said I was belligerent when I am always pleasant to everyone. I know they have cameras so I would love for them to show me being mean in any way. They wouldn’t let me talk to a manager and they’re overpriced

Warren was a really nice town and was a good location to visit other places like Brier Hill, Cleveland and Amish Country.
Try Salvatore's Restaurant for a great meal! Our waitress was Christen, she was fabulous!
We also ate at Stone Bridge which was delicious. Stephanie was very helpful with our selection.

The staff at the desk were excellent as were the staff dealing with breakfast. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels.
The negative was my bed was not made correctly and the bathroom and closet shared the same door and has no lock.
We could have used another folding chair in the room.

The Mocha House is great for breakfast or lunch and has an excellent selection of baked goods. The Hot Dog Shoppe is a must, and it is unique to Warren. Up the Creek is a great bar and restaurant to watch sports, listen to music and hook up with friends. Great value for the money.

This hotel was perfect, and so wonderfully affordable. The pool area was closed, but I didn't need that. The gym area was fine, but I didn't need to use it. Our room was wonderfully spacious, it was like a suite. We had a sitting room and a bedroom. The shower had the soaps and shampoos in pumps which I love. Our bed was very comfy. There was complimentary coffee and a fine complimentary breakfast before we checked out. The parking was very convenient. The desk in our room even had a notepad, as I like to leave a little note for the cleaning staff. I was so wonderfully surprised that people gave it a 2-star rating, ridiculous. It was located very close to an historical landmark I wanted to see, so that was perfect. And it was right off the major highway so it was easy to get to and leave from. Great stay!

I grew up in Warren Ohio and I would rather have a cute black girl greet me at the front desk than white trash. The front desk girl was HIDEOUS. He appearance, her attitude, Everything. I stayed up all night thinking I could improve the hotel in one day. First, remove gross stained carpet, never have rooms with no windows, CLEAN IT, hire people who have good attitudes and a nice personality. Its a no brainer. Come on people. Gross.

Nice commercial businesses and restaurants all around, but don't fool with the Hollywood Casino too much. Their slots are set to slaughter the sheep instead of just shearing them a little. I would understand if they had tables too, but for a slot-only casino that's pretty rotten.
