Excellent hotel. Professional and friendly staff. I came from Paris to spend about ten days this summer. Everything was great, including the breakfast and the cleaning staff. Very beautiful garden and swimming pool.

Service from the facility manager was superb. The apartment has everything you need and its great for solo or couples. The internet was very decent and responsive considering Venezuelan standards, I was able to connect to work without any issues whatsoever.. No power blackouts and no shortage of water either. Lastly, the area seems very quiet and safe. I definitely would use it again if I go to Valencia, Venezuela in the future.
