The location is perfect because it's closer to the mall and other surrounding areas. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful.

The place is still the best to visit, with its happy people...
The place is still the best to visit, with its happy people. The place has changed a lot with public areas neglected. Areas that were previously accessible are now restricted, eg. One cannot drive through to get closer to the bay area. I used to enjoy parking in between those trees. The ocean was not clean and had evidence of burnt residues. The sand bags at the beach needs to be rearranged and renewed. Hoping it will be improved soon as December vacation is coming.

Their service is very poor
Lauren cancelled my booking on the 6th of September 2021 whereas I made the booking on the 14th of August 2021 and I receive the email stating that my booking has been approved and they sent the cornfimation number on the 15 of August 2021 and on the 3th of Sept they sent the email saying that they are looking forward to see me on the 8th of October 2021. On the 6th of September Lauren sent message telling me that there is no space reserved for me.

The Canfields were very breath taking if you love nature. Empangeni Mall has almost every shop that you need. Tasted the new famous chicken restaurant called Pedro. Everything is close to each other. I mean ATMs, restaurants, gas stations and food shopping centers.

Richards Bay is clean but when you at the open parking's of the Boardway by Bluff meat entrance, it's super untidy it's like you have moved to a different place all together. It's a little bit scarry to park and leave your car there.

My favorite place was being at the bon hotel and Zula.
My favorite place was being at the bon hotel and Zula. I loved the hotel food and neighborhood shisanyama. Not to forget the ice-cream nearby the hotel it was very nice. My family and I enjoyed the boat cruise and being, and we also drove to St Lucia for trip to hluhluwe to see the big five. It is not very far though it's 1 hour drive from Richard's Bay.
