The location was excellent, beach front, floor to ceiling balcony doors. Parking, inc electric car cahrge points. Sun lonuge with bar. Plenty of supplies like toilet paper, cleaning products etc, with easy access. Vending machines with crips, chocolate, pit noddles, painkillers, condons, washing powder, shaving razors, a great sections of products. 10 minutes walk from Blackpool south train station. Lots of places to eat close by

Compact but well-equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation.It's 2 minutes from the sea on a quiet road, 1 minute from some shops and restaurants. The bus to Blackpool is frequent and goes from just around the corner. We used the accommodation for sleeping and breakfast only, so its compact size was not a problem for us, especially at this reasonable rate.

Excellent location very quiet. Close to beach and shops to keep children amused.. beds were comfortable and everyday we were offered clean towels etc. Friendly staff and parking no issue. Suite facilities very good and even child friendly plastic bowls to prevent breaking.

Clean, plenty of room, good washing facilities. Was a one night day while travelling north, if we were back in the area would definitely stay again. Perfect as are overseas visitors and had everything we needed.

Although the steam room was out of order, the children had fun in the pool and the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi.
