The check-in was more than simple with a lovely room waiting for me. The chosen furniture and colours are modern without making it an impersonal room. I really loved the fact that some basic needs for staying in a studio were already covered: water, coffee, milk, salt & pepper, washing-up liquid….I do have a dust allergy and based on that I can say that the bedding must be either quite new or well taken care of because normally I struggle quite a lot with my allergy in hotel rooms. As it’s right in the centre of Brighton, everything is just a few steps away with a Tesco Express on the other side of the road to cover your needs.

Great location! To the main beach Western Esplanade by Rockwater Hove in 5mins. Off Church road which is main road with cafes and lovely 30mins walk and scoot into central Brighton. Nearby mini High Street across Church road in 10 mins with pharmacies, post office etc. Clean and still brand new. So generous with complimentary snacks and drinks - we love this! Laundry facilities on site. Small studio with great use of space - mini kitchen (equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee/ teas, basic cutlery selection, washing up liquid and dishcloths); pull down bed, sofa bed and small table plus 2 chairs: space is just perfect for my 10 year old son and I; cute shower and toilet facilities. Overall space is cozy for 2 adults. Nearby on road parking: even though it can be in the next roads all within 10-15minutes and I felt relatively safe to walk back to studio at 1am. Some can park to 1pm and one whole day £6-10. Good fan and I can see additional fan heater if needed. Hairdryer too. Love the 1st floor pantry just to go for more snacks, drinks and coffee machine. Didn’t need the large kitchen but fun to explore.
