Clean, well located and friendly. The front desk staff were always helpful. Particularly Mario was friendly, patient and exceptional for customer service.

The property is located in a nice building in a very green and quiet neighbourhood. The premises are spacious enough, well equipped and nicely furnished. Check-in and check-out are easy, the staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay again at Alba Residence Masera 26 with pleasure and highly recommend it to other guests!

This hotel is in the middle of the old town, near to some good restaurants, parks and ice cream stores. The room was much bigger than expected and lots of great extra's like coffee machine (with pads!, microwave, big size fridge etc. Everything was working well, the hotel is pretty new in general, and solid rooms with proper isolated windows / walls - we did not hear much from neighbours or the street! Would go again if we want to stay in the area for sure!

Location was great. Flat was really clean, well proportioned. Clean and comfy bed. Good shower. Very easy check in and check out. Kitchen small but perfectly equiped for a few days away.
