We are a family of four - two adults and 10 year old twins. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for us. The kitchen area was well equipped with everything we needed as was the bathroom. There was lovely linen on the beds and the towels were nice and fluffy. The air conditioning was very welcome as we were there during a heatwave. The property is in a quiet residential area and it was easy to park outside on the road (free of charge). It was a 30 minute easy walk into the old city but we found a bus (number 11) that stopped two minutes away from the property that took us right to Piazza Brà in 15 minutes - added bonus that the bus was air conditioned. There was a large supermarket a five minute walk away which was very useful for stocking up on water, breakfast supplies, etc. The hosts got in touch before we arrived to introduce themselves and it was good to know that they were on hand in case of any queries. The virtual key system was easy to use with clear instructions.
