Our stay at Cityden Zuidas met our expectations. The apartment was equipped exactly as described by the host. We were pleased with the coffee capsules, tea, and the dishwashing set. We appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the reception staff. We also used the parking option. To get to the city center, we used the metro and trams, which are reliable and convenient. The apartment was clean, pleasantly scented, and perfectly sufficient for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Amazing terrace with bar and dining area. Lovely Lofts with all utensils and accessories available. Kitchen with stove, fridge and a small freezer. Basically a small apartment to spend time away from home. Had a short weekend stay but enjoyed it so much. Staff professional, helpful and always happy. We had a great time staying in apartment F. The hospitality was incredibly welcoming and Mario assisted with anything we asked for. The apartment was well equipped and super clean, with lots of fresh towel each day. The location is right at the heart of Amsterdam with 6-7 minutes walk to the dam square. We had an overnight stay only. But the apartment was ideal for us. Comfy bed and everything what we needed was there. Bus transfer to the airport was every 30 minutes. In 7 minutes you have been at the airport.

The room had everything you needed even if you wanted to do self catering including the kitchen sink. The beds were comfy but did find them slightly on the soft side but still a comfortable sleep. The room was big and very clean. Definitely staying there again. The car park was limited as it shares with next door but is a decent place to leave the car. Was not worried about it and that's a big thing with me. The staff were very kind and very helpful.

I upgraded for an extra cost and had to go self catering, this was to be a surprise for my wife she was expecting to be treated better than having to self cater. All hotels we have stayed in do have clean towels and coffee placed in the room each day .the upgrade was not explained very well I have read the details of both the studio and apartment and they are both the same which one is right? We were both disappointed with the so called upgrade for the extra expense very disappointed not as good as your other Cityden. Ian Smythe.

Property was modern and clean. Clever use of space adds to comfort. Facilities for self catering excellent. Tram stop and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Staff helpful and friendly. We actually enjoyed our stay and felt it was worth the money.

Extremenly spacious apart hotel rooms with two compartments offered a quiet, relaxed home-feeling. The young staff at the reception desk was ever so friendly and helpful. Nice selection of drinks and snacks to buy for your room, too. Breakfast was as expected to see you for a business day and nicely done.
