The location was very convenient, it was only in walking distance from the slopes. The property has a lift to get to the upstairs area and car park available for 12leva for two days. The hotel was quite clean and not too badly maintained for the value of the cost per night. The rooms were warm, and hot water was running full time. The facilities were good enough for family members. The beds were cosy, soft, and comfortable. The property had good-sized wardrobes and extra blankets and pillows available.

The balcony is amazing with a beautiful view. There is a window in the Toilets which is rare in bulgarian hotels as we found out. The place is very well equipt with just about anything you can think of including a washer/dryer and a joint kitchen with an electric stove, a grill, a big fridge, pots, pans and just about any kitchen cooking utensils you could imagine. Great place to prepare your own meals. The location is relatively secluded and very quiet, which suited very well for us. The kids loved the little playground.
