We all loved it a lot- so much so our children wanted to stay longer. They also played with Rolo the friendly dog who was always up for pats.

It was great staying at one of the famous palafitos in Castro - everything was perfect. Top front row to the river, well equipment, clean, a lot of space, beautiful bathroom, TV with Netflix etc., not far away from center, nice and helpful staff (also speaking English).
