However, the team quickly and graciously resolved it, offering us the upgrade at no charge along with a bottle of cava as a gesture of apology. This kind of attention and dedication is rare, and it left a lasting impression on us. For us, Sol Bahia Ibiza is not just a hotel, it’s a place filled with memories, old and new, and one we’ll keep returning to.
