Spacious clean apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, lots of closet space. The place is really nice. Good location close to Big Ben / Westminster Abbey, about 1-2 miles from restaurants but we like to walk so that was fine. Reception desk was manned most of the day and the staff were nice and helpful.

We had two wonderful apartments, which had absolutely everything you can ask for. Comfortable beds, a perfectly clean bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron + board. We didn’t meet many employees, but whenever we did they were super nice. The location was also perfect, directly across Sky Garden, a tesco and lots of options for breakfast around and just a 3 minute walk to the underground (Monument). We absolutely recommend.

The location was great for exploring all parts of the city with the 2 underground stations nearby and the pub downstairs made it feel like a true local stay. The communications with all staff members was very precise and quick. I would definitely book here again!
