This authentic, old mansion built in 1851, now offers elegant, ground-floor accommodation and friendly service in peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was amazing. Looking out of my window to the sea was such a treat. We will definitely be back

Today's owner Mr. Apostolos bought the property in 1985, an abandoned mansion dating back to 1830 where, with much love and passion, he refurbished it according to the style and colors of the island and turned it into a small Paradise. Smaller hotel with lovely grounds and pool area. Very friendly owner who was super helpful. Room was super clean. short stroll to town centre. We really liked that the breakfast was simple but the ingredients were tasty.The bread and cheese were yum and the yogurt was outstanding.

Certain units in the aparthotel have private entrance and are equipped with desk and wardrobe. Some of the units feature a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathrobes. At the aparthotel, some units are allergy-free and soundproof. Mare Monte was fabulous in every respect, family owned and run with attention to detail, great breakfast and relaxation area, large immaculately cleaned rooms. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly and super helpful owners. They arranged golf buggy so that 4 of us could circle the wonderful island of Spetses. Highly recommend and much better than big impersonal hotels

In the Spetses Old Port district of Spetses, close to Agia Marina Beach, Porto Vecchio Luxury Suites features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a washing machine. Featuring sea and pool views, this aparthotel also offers free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The hospitality at Port Vecchio Suites was just excellent. We were met at the dock by the owner Dimitris and he gave us great directions around the island during our stay. The hotel has a pool which I think is pretty unique compared to other places. Lastly Port Vecchio is located at the old harbor which is an easy 20 minute walk from the downtown area but has 2 restaurants and 4 bars there as well if you want to just hang there the whole time. There no shopping there but the location is great because it’s half way between the downtown and one of the good local beaches.
