Brand new property with cheap price (i got a one bed room apartment for approximately 100 euros per night) Spacious and clean. Wonderful amenities from kitchen utensils to washing machines with detergent. Plus, it comes with mountain view. The only downside is that it is a little far from the city but if you rent a car, then it’s not a problem at all. Also, you have to go to another hotel to check in and there’s no staff at the property to assist you if you have problems. My room’s door(room 102) won’t open after we insert the door passcode but after it happens for several times, i solved it out myself by keep pushing the door left and right until it opens.

We liked the location, surrounding activities, comfort and vibes. Habuka is a treasure during the summer. I am shocked it’s not more crowded. Grant was super nice, accommodating, and informative. Beautiful Snow house, one of the best I have ever stayed in. Perfect location & suited the 7 of us just fine! Hayden and Saki (Property Host's) are lovely and tentative when needed. Great food at the restaurant and the free breakfast's are the best way to start any day!

The staff were amazing. So helpful, kind and just lovely. Apartment was great, the food box on day 1 was perfect, and the staff really just made everything a pleasure.

Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

Fabulous place to visit to relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was very helpful and super friendly. The Vietnamese food cooked by the host was delicious and if you're lucky you might get a free dinner or two. The host was so nice she even offered to drop off my wife and pick her up at an event my wife was attending giving me time to relax at the pensions garden. Looking forward to visiting Hanoi pension again.

No air conditioning. A tiny room with just enough room for 4 Japanese style beds next to each other. My feet even touched the table. I knew Japan was usually cramped, but I couldn't imagine it could be this small. This was my mistake. Never coming back to this area!
