Very satisfying apartment. We booked Soho by accident. Previously we booked at V*rtex by Haf*z*h, but it was canceled unprofessionally 1 day before we arrived in KL. We also found out about this when we wanted to confirm our arrival, but they did not take the initiative to inform us so we were very troubled to find accommodation 1 day before we arrived in KL. Finally in a very short time we chose Soho by Leala even though we had not studied this place before. We chose only based on high ratings and availability because other places were full on weekends. It turned out that our choice was not wrong, Soho by Leala was very satisfying. When I finished ordering on booking.com, the Soho contact person immediately sent a WA to confirm that they were ready to wait for our arrival. We arrived on a night flight, so it was until 01.00 am, but Soho staff still patiently waited and welcomed us warmly and provided an explanation about the room. The minus point is that there is a deposit of RM 300 in cash requested upon arrival and returned upon check out, but maybe this is their policy, I understand. Full payment of the order is made upon arrival and can be done with a credit card in the room. The room is very clean and luxurious. The view is very beautiful with the Twin Towers, the Malaysian TV Tower and skyscrapers in the background. The kitchen equipment is complete, complete bathroom equipment such as towels, soap, etc., free wifi access. Get 2 room access cards. Soho is very strategically located, access to KLCC and Bukit Bintang is very close to the connecting bridge so you can walk without getting hot and wet. Overall we are very satisfied and will be a favorite choice for the next vacation. Highly recommended and deserves 5 stars

The apartment was very clean and well kept. The soft beds helped me knock out well after a long day of working at the ASEAN-47 summit. Not only that, the view of the city was sublime from the apartment and the rooftop pool on the 51st floor which puts you right next to the Petronas Twin Towers. This ties with the perfect location of being just a 7 minute walk from KLCC and a monorail station right outside your door. You're paying an affordable sum for a very luxurious place which to me screams great value for money. I'd definitely come back again for a quick weekend trip.

The location is superb. Easy access all around.The room was spacious and clean.the host reachable and very helpful. We stayed for 4 adult and really comfortable .

I love the design of the room. You have everything there! We watched two movies hahah. And very very less sounds that can be heard from the roads. Occasionally you’ll hear a few motorbike sounds when they you know matrempit.. but mostly it’s quiet. So maybe can upgrade to soundproof? It will make the whole experience better
